{{ first name | Hey there}}!
If there’s one thought that’s on every website owner’s mind it’s, “How do I improve my website traffic when I’m short on time?!”

SEO in Just 1 Hour a Week Is Possible
We get it. You want more traffic, but you don't have the time for complex SEO strategies.
The good news is we've got a simple formula of actions that work and that can help you increase your web traffic in just one hour per week.
Quick Stats on SEO:
The top listing on Google or any other search engine gets over 27% of the traffic.
Less than 1% of users searching Google make it to the second page of search results.
1 hour/week of focused SEO work can yield significant results
🛠️ Your 1-Hour SEO Action Plan:
Keyword Research and Analytics (10-15 mins)
On-Page Optimization (10-15 mins)
Content Creation/Update (30 mins)
1 - Keyword Research and Analytics (10-15 mins)
Your keyword strategy isn’t likely to change every week from what we’ve provided you during our SEO audit on your site but regularly checking for new search trends and viewing the analytics of what’s working and what you can improve on is worth scheduling some time for.
You can spend 10-15 minutes per week staying updated on this or schedule a half hour every month as your Google Analytics and Search Console reports come in.
2 - On-Page Optimization (15 mins)
Tie in to your keyword research and analytics and plan to on-page optimization each week. Don’t try to optimize everything all at once. Prioritize your most important keywords and work on one page at a time to see a continual increase in your results.
3 - Content Creation/Updates (30 mins)
Write about what you know and tell stories about your experience and expertise. If you don’t want to keep a classic “blog” on your website, tell stories in the form of case studies, client testimonials, and your opinion about what’s going on in your industry.
These website updates don’t need to be long essays. You can even dictate them into a note and then polish up the content with spelling and grammar check or run it through ChatGPT to have it hit on your keywords better.
When you find in your keyword analytics a result that’s starting to gain traction, go in and work on improving and updating that content during this time block each week.
Remember, you don’t have to kill yourself trying to crank out content everyday of the week to see a significant boost in your organic traffic.
Schedule this time in your calendar and be intentional about focusing on your SEO work as if it were any other meeting you can’t miss. That time will go a long way.
